PING eCommerce Intern, June through August 2024

Over the course of my 9-week summer internship at PING in Phoenix, AZ, I gained invaluable experience in the realm of Digital Business. As an intern, I was immersed in the ins and outs of everyday business operations, and completed projects that impacted the company's success.

As an eCommerce intern, my responsibilities included, but were not limited to: daily site merchandising updates, image preparation for product builds, supporting product builds, sitting in on team meetings, inventory reconciliation, developer QA, competitive analysis, poster presentation project.

One of the highlights of my summer was working on my intern poster presentation, where I had the chance to harness my creativity. During my internship, I identified an opportunity to enhance Karsten Apparel's brand storytelling. By gathering insights and stories from the Digital Marketing and Softgoods team, I was able to create a mockup for an interactive landing page design for the brand. Presenting this project to the company's stakeholders was an incredibly rewarding and fun experience.

I worked with a small, but mighty all female team who supported and encouraged me in every aspect of my professional and personal development. I was able to learn through asking countless questions, grow by meeting with mentors and hearing their story, and work closely with PING's dedicated employees and interns to further improve the organization as a whole. I am incredibly grateful for the experience I had and will take all I learned with me in my future endeavors.
